event-based init daemon

upstart is a replacement for the /sbin/init daemon which handles starting of tasks and services during boot, stopping them during shutdown and supervising them while the system is running.

Install the latest version of upstart-dbus-bridge in Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS and Raspbian from terminal. To install the upstart-dbus-bridge just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of upstart-dbus-bridge from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
