Metainit solves the problem of writing good init scripts. Instead of manually creating these important files, they are derived from a declaritive description in the metainit files in /etc/metainit. These files can be shipped with packages or created by the local administrator.

Install the latest version of update-metainit in Debian, Ubuntu, Kali and Raspbian from terminal. To install the update-metainit just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of update-metainit from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
