Transmission is a set of lightweight BitTorrent clients (in GUI, CLI and daemon form). All its incarnations feature a very simple, intuitive interface on top on an efficient, cross-platform back-end. This package contains the GTK+ stand-alone client.

Transmission is a set of lightweight BitTorrent clients (in GUI, CLI and daemon form). All its incarnations feature a very simple, intuitive interface on top on an efficient, cross-platform back-end. This package contains the debug symbols for the different transmission executables. Most users won't need this, but please install it before submitting bugs with crashes.

Install the latest version of transmission-gtk in Debian, Ubuntu, Arch, Kali, Fedora and Raspbian from terminal. To install the transmission-gtk just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of transmission-gtk from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
