libtrace is a library for trace processing. These tools perform many common tasks that are required when analysing and manipulating network traces. Multiple input methods and formats are supported including device capture, raw and gz-compressed traces, and sockets. libtrace is developed by the WAND Network Research Group at Waikato University in New Zealand.

Installing traceconvert command is simple. just copy one of the above commands for your operating system and paste it into terminal. This command is available for Debian, Ubuntu, Kali and Raspbian operating systems. Once you run the command it will install the latest version of traceconvert 2024 package in your OS.
