Supervised Ranking of Contigs in de novo Assemblies

SuRankCo is a machine learning based software to score and rank contigs from de novo assemblies of next generation sequencing data. It trains with alignments of contigs with known reference genomes and predicts scores and ranking for contigs which have no related reference genome yet.

Installation of latest surankco-prediction command is available for Debian, Ubuntu, Kali and Raspbian. You can copy the command for your OS from above and paste it into your terminal. Once you run the command it will download the 2026 latest package from the repository and install it in your computer/server.
