securely retrieve an SSH public key and install it locally

This utility will securely contact a public keyserver (Launchpad.net by default, but Github.com is also supported), retrieve one or more user's public keys, and append these to the current user's ~/.ssh/authorized_keys file.

Installing ssh-import-id-gh command is simple. just copy one of the above commands for your operating system and paste it into terminal. This command is available for Debian, Ubuntu, Kali and Raspbian operating systems. Once you run the command it will install the latest version of ssh-import-id-gh 2024 package in your OS.
