The Oslo Rootwrap allows fine filtering of shell commands to run as root from OpenStack services. Unlike other Oslo deliverables, it should not be used as a Python library, but called as a separate process through the oslo-rootwrap command. This package provides the Python 2.x module.

Installing python2-oslo-rootwrap-daemon command is simple. just copy one of the above commands for your operating system and paste it into terminal. This command is available for Debian, Ubuntu, Kali and Raspbian operating systems. Once you run the command it will install the latest version of python2-oslo-rootwrap-daemon 2024 package in your OS.
