Toolset for Genome-Wide Association Analysis

The ProbABEL package is part of the GenABEL project for analysis of genome-wide data. ProbABEL is used to run GWAS. Using files in filevector/DatABEL format even allows for running GWAS on computers with only a few GB of RAM.

Install the latest version of probabel in Debian, Ubuntu, Kali and Raspbian from terminal. To install the probabel just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of probabel from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
