The mod_wsgi adapter is an Apacheache module that provides a WSGI

compliant interface for hosting Python based web applications within Apache. The adapter is written completely in C code against the Apache C runtime and for hosting WSGI applications within Apache has a lower overhead than using existing WSGI adapters for mod_python or CGI.

Install the latest version of mod_wsgi-express-3 in Fedora from terminal. To install the mod_wsgi-express-3 just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of mod_wsgi-express-3 from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
