Canu is a hierarchical assembly pipeline which runs in four steps: * Detect overlaps in high-noise sequences using MHAP * Generate corrected sequence consensus * Trim corrected sequences * Assemble trimmed corrected sequences
Install the latest version of mhapConvert in Debian, Ubuntu and Kali from terminal. To install the mhapConvert just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of mhapConvert from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
