Session manager of the MATE desktop environment

This package contains a session that can be started from a display manager such as MDM. It will load all necessary applications for a full-featured user session. The session manager also features the ability to save a running session and restore it later. This version is configured to start the MATE desktop, based on the MATE panel.

Install the latest version of mate-session-save in Debian, Ubuntu, Alpine, Arch, Kali, Fedora and Raspbian from terminal. To install the mate-session-save just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of mate-session-save from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
