ORFEO Toolbox (OTB) is distributed as an open source library of image processing algorithms. OTB is based on the medical image processing library ITK and offers particular functionalities for remote sensing image processing in general and for high spatial resolution images in particular. This package contains the monteverdi and mapla graphical applications.

Install the latest version of mapla in Debian, Ubuntu and Kali from terminal. To install the mapla just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of mapla from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
