Trickle is a voluntary, cooperative bandwidth shaper. it works entirely in userland and is very easy to use. The most simple application is to limit the bandwidth usage of programs.

Install the latest version of trickle in Debian, Ubuntu, Kali, Fedora and Raspbian from terminal. To install the trickle just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of trickle from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
