diffusion-weighted MRI white matter tractography

Set of tools to perform diffusion-weighted MRI white matter tractography of the brain in the presence of crossing fibres, using Constrained Spherical Deconvolution, and a probabilisitic streamlines algorithm. Magnetic resonance images in DICOM, ANALYZE, or uncompressed NIfTI format are supported.

Install the latest version of track_info in Debian, Ubuntu, Kali and Raspbian from terminal. To install the track_info just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of track_info from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
