The Interpolation library (EMOSLIB) includes Interpolation software and GRIB, BUFR, CREX encoding/decoding routines. It is used by the ECMWF meteorological archival and retrieval system (MARS) and also by the ECMWF graphics package MetView. This package provide bufr-* and other tools
