The SPAdes u2013 St. Petersburg genome assembler is intended for both standard isolates and single-cell MDA bacteria assemblies. It works with Illumina or IonTorrent reads and is capable of providing hybrid assemblies using PacBio and Sanger reads. You can also provide additional contigs that will be used as long reads.

Install the latest version of spades-bwa in Debian, Ubuntu, Kali and macOS from terminal. To install the spades-bwa just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of spades-bwa from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
