It's very straightforward and there isn't any headache related Python distribution/deployment. That means you can add just libsass into your setup.py's install_requires list or requirements.txt file. Need no Ruby nor Node.js.

Install the latest version of pysassc in Debian, Ubuntu, Kali, Fedora and Raspbian from terminal. To install the pysassc just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of pysassc from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
