This package contains several tools that can be used to extract data from Chado database or prepare data before upload. It is a subset above the Chado database schema and libraries. Chado is a relational database schema that underlies many GMOD installations. It is capable of representing many of the general classes of data frequently encountered in modern biology such as sequence, sequence comparisons, phenotypes, genotypes, ontologies, publications, and phylogeny.

Installing privileges.tmpl command is simple. just copy one of the above commands for your operating system and paste it into terminal. This command is available for Debian, Ubuntu, Kali and Raspbian operating systems. Once you run the command it will install the latest version of privileges.tmpl 2024 package in your OS.
