Portpicker provides an API to find and return an available network port for an application to bind to. Ideally suited for use from unittests or for test harnesses that launch local servers. This package installs the Python 3 version.

To install the latest version of portserver in your favorite operating system just copy the portserver installation command from above and paste it into terminal. It will download and install the latest version of portserver 2024 package in your OS.
