NGSpice is a mixed-level/mixed-signal circuit simulator. Its code is based on three open source software packages: Spice3f5, Cider1b1 and Xspice. NGSpice is part of gEDA project, a full GPL'd suite of Electronic Design Automation tools.

Installing ngnutmeg command is simple. just copy one of the above commands for your operating system and paste it into terminal. This command is available for Debian, Ubuntu, Arch, Kali, Fedora and macOS operating systems. Once you run the command it will install the latest version of ngnutmeg 2026 package in your OS.
