How to use mpstat?

Below are few example commands for mpstat that you can use in the terminal.

Display CPU statistics every 2 seconds:
mpstat 2Click to copy
Display 5 reports, one by one, at 2 second intervals:
mpstat 2 5Click to copy
Display 5 reports, one by one, from a given processor, at 2 second intervals:
mpstat -P 0 2 5Click to copy
Installing mpstat command is simple. just copy one of the above commands for your operating system and paste it into terminal.
