General multi-lingual speech synthesis system

Festival offers a full text to speech system with various APIs, as well an environment for development and research of speech synthesis techniques. It includes a Scheme-based command interpreter. Besides research into speech synthesis, festival is useful as a stand-alone speech synthesis program. It is capable of producing clearly understandable speech from text.

Installing make_utts command is simple. just copy one of the above commands for your operating system and paste it into terminal. This command is available for Debian, Ubuntu, Arch, Kali, CentOS, Fedora and Raspbian operating systems. Once you run the command it will install the latest version of make_utts 2023 package in your OS.
