The General Hidden Markov Model Library (GHMM) is a C library with additional Python bindings implementing a wide range of types of Hidden Markov Models and algorithms: discrete, continuous emissions, basic training, HMM clustering, HMM mixtures. This package contains some tools using the library.

Install the latest version of ghmm-config in Debian, Ubuntu and Kali from terminal. To install the ghmm-config just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of ghmm-config from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
