dvdbackup will extract all (or optionally only selected) titles as found on the dvd. It will structure the extracted files in a format suitable for burning at a later time with genisoimage and dvdrecord. Has the advantage of being very easy to use, small, and fast.

Installation of latest dvdbackup command is available for Debian, Ubuntu, Arch, Kali, Fedora, Raspbian and macOS. You can copy the command for your OS from above and paste it into your terminal. Once you run the command it will download the 2024 latest package from the repository and install it in your computer/server.
