Code_Aster is a finite element solver for partial differential equations. It is particularly suited to problems involving heat transfer, mechanics, fluids, and fluid-structure interactions. It is the product of Electricit? de France (EDF) and is ISO 9001-certified. This package contains the parallel MPI solver.

Installing aster command is simple. just copy one of the above commands for your operating system and paste it into terminal. This command is available for Debian, Ubuntu and Raspbian operating systems. Once you run the command it will install the latest version of aster 2024 package in your OS.
