SLURM stands for Simple Linux Utility for Resource Management, it is an open-source cluster resource management and job scheduling system that strives to be simple, scalable, portable, fault-tolerant, and interconnect agnostic. This package contains the central management demon slurmctld.

Install the latest version of slurmctld in Debian, Ubuntu, Kali, Fedora and Raspbian from terminal. To install the slurmctld just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of slurmctld from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
