recutils

text-based databases called recfiles

GNU Recutils is a set of tools and libraries to access human-editable, text-based databases called recfiles. The data is stored as a sequence of records, each record containing an arbitrary number of named fields. Despite its simplicity, recfiles can be used to store medium-sized databases.

Install the latest version of recdel in Debian, Ubuntu, Kali, Fedora, Raspbian and macOS from terminal. To install the recdel just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of recdel from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
