BEADS is a program for spot detection on 2-D gel images. It is based on an analogy with beads flowing uphill on the surface of the gel image and on the analysis of their paths (Langella & Zivy, 2008).

Install the latest version of qtbeads in Debian, Ubuntu and Kali from terminal. To install the qtbeads just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of qtbeads from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
