Skytools is a set of PostgreSQL tools for WAL shipping, queueing and replication. This package contains the Python parts of skytools: - londiste: PostgreSQL replication engine written Python, using PgQ as event transport - pgqadm: PgQ queueing administration interface - walmgr: Managing WAL-based replication

Install the latest version of pgqadm in Debian, Ubuntu and Raspbian from terminal. To install the pgqadm just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of pgqadm from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
