Pelican is a static site generator, written in Python. It allows you to write your weblog entries directly with your editor of choice in reStructuredText or Markdown, and generates completely static output that is easy to host anywhere. Pelican includes a simple CLI tool to (re)generate the weblog and it is easy to interface with DVCSes and web hooks.

Install the latest version of pelican-themes in Debian, Ubuntu, Arch, Kali, Fedora and Raspbian from terminal. To install the pelican-themes just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of pelican-themes from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
