Neuron simulation environment - Development filesNEURON is a simulation environment for modeling individual neurons and networks of neurons. It provides tools for conveniently building, managing, and using models in a way that is numerically sound and computationally efficient. It is particularly well-suited to problems that are closely linked to experimental data, especially those that involve cells with complex anatomical and biophysical properties. This package contains development files for the NEURON environment.
Install the latest version of nrnpyenv.sh in Debian, Ubuntu and Kali from terminal. To install the nrnpyenv.sh just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of nrnpyenv.sh from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
