Niftilib is a set of i/o libraries for reading and writing files in the NIfTI-1 data format. NIfTI-1 is a binary file format for storing medical image data, e.g. magnetic resonance image (MRI) and functional MRI (fMRI) brain images. This package provides the tools that are shipped with the library (nifti_tool, nifti_stats and nifti1_test).

Install the latest version of nifti1_test in Debian, Ubuntu, Kali, Fedora and Raspbian from terminal. To install the nifti1_test just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of nifti1_test from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
