Set of tools to perform diffusion-weighted MRI white matter tractography of the brain in the presence of crossing fibres, using Constrained Spherical Deconvolution, and a probabilisitic streamlines algorithm. Magnetic resonance images in DICOM, ANALYZE, or uncompressed NIfTI format are supported.

Install the latest version of mrconvert in Debian, Ubuntu, Kali and Raspbian from terminal. To install the mrconvert just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of mrconvert from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
