Elixir is a functional meta-programming aware language intended primarily for developing distributed, fault-tolerant and scalable systems. Elixir source code is compiled to bytecode for the Erlang Virtual Machine (EVM), and can use Erlang libraries transparently.

Installing mix.ps1 command is simple. just copy one of the above commands for your operating system and paste it into terminal. This command is available for Debian, Ubuntu, Alpine, Arch, Kali, Fedora, Raspbian and macOS operating systems. Once you run the command it will install the latest version of mix.ps1 2026 package in your OS.
