qemu-kvm

KVM (for Kernel-based Virtual Machine) is a full virtualization

solution for Linux on x86 hardware. Using KVM, one can run multiple virtual machines running unmodified Linux or Windows images. Each virtual machine has private virtualized hardware: a network card, disk, graphics adapter, etc.

Installing kvm-img command is simple. just copy one of the above commands for your operating system and paste it into terminal. This command is available for Debian, Ubuntu, Kali, CentOS and Fedora operating systems. Once you run the command it will install the latest version of kvm-img 2024 package in your OS.
