The Horde_Prefs package provides a common abstracted interface into the various preferences storage mediums. It also includes all of the functions for retrieving, storing, and checking preference values. This package is part of Horde, a web application Framework written in PHP with modules like IMP (webmail), Turba (contacts), Kronolith (calendar), Nag (task list), Gollem (file manager), etc.

Install the latest version of horde-prefs in Debian, Ubuntu, Kali, Fedora and Raspbian from terminal. To install the horde-prefs just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of horde-prefs from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
