General Purpose Mouse interface

This package provides a daemon that captures mouse events when the system console is active, and delivers events to applications through a library. By default, the daemon provides a 'selection' mode, so that cut-and-paste with the mouse works on the console just as it does under X.

Installing gpm command is simple. just copy one of the above commands for your operating system and paste it into terminal. This command is available for Debian, Ubuntu, Arch, Kali, CentOS, Fedora, Raspbian and macOS operating systems. Once you run the command it will install the latest version of gpm 2024 package in your OS.
