gpdc is a graphical program for visualising output data from molecular dynamics simulations. It reads input in the standard xyz format, as well as other custom formats, and can output pictures of each frame in JPG or PNG format.

Install the latest version of gdpc in Debian, Ubuntu, Kali and Raspbian from terminal. To install the gdpc just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of gdpc from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
