The Deluge daemon is able to run on headless machines with the user-interfaces being able to connect remotely from any platform. Install the latest version of deluge in Debian, Ubuntu, Arch, Kali, Fedora and Raspbian from terminal. To install the deluge just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal.
