The Speech Signal Processing Toolkit (SPTK) is a suite of speech signal processing tools for UNIX environments developed by the SPTK working group and some graduate students in Nagoya Institute of Technology.

Installing cat2 command is simple. just copy one of the above commands for your operating system and paste it into terminal. This command is available for Debian, Ubuntu, Kali and Raspbian operating systems. Once you run the command it will install the latest version of cat2 2023 package in your OS.
