ALTree was designed to perform association detection and localization of susceptibility sites using haplotype phylogenetic trees: first, it allows the detection of an association between a candidate gene and a disease, and second, it enables to make hypothesis about the susceptibility loci.

Install the latest version of altree-add-S in Debian, Ubuntu, Kali and Raspbian from terminal. To install the altree-add-S just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of altree-add-S from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
