tools to add/extract data from ChadoThis package contains several tools that can be used to extract data from Chado database or prepare data before upload. It is a subset above the Chado database schema and libraries. Chado is a relational database schema that underlies many GMOD installations. It is capable of representing many of the general classes of data frequently encountered in modern biology such as sequence, sequence comparisons, phenotypes, genotypes, ontologies, publications, and phylogeny.
Installation of latest gmod_make_cvtermpath.pl command is available for Debian, Ubuntu, Kali and Raspbian. You can copy the command for your OS from above and paste it into your terminal. Once you run the command it will download the 2026 latest package from the repository and install it in your computer/server.
