eLyXer (pronounced elixir) is a standalone LyX to HTML converter written in Python. eLyXer has a focus on flexibility and elegant output. It's not yet possible to convert every LyX document but a lot of document types already work.

To install the latest version of elyxer.py in your favorite operating system just copy the elyxer.py installation command from above and paste it into terminal. It will download and install the latest version of elyxer.py 2026 package in your OS.
