khmer is a library and suite of command line tools for working with DNA sequence. It is primarily aimed at short-read sequencing data such as that produced by the Illumina platform. khmer takes a k-mer-centric approach to sequence analysis, hence the name.

Installing do-partition.py command is simple. just copy one of the above commands for your operating system and paste it into terminal. This command is available for Debian, Ubuntu and Kali operating systems. Once you run the command it will install the latest version of do-partition.py 2026 package in your OS.
