alternative basecaller for MinION reads of genomic sequences

DeepNano is alternative basecaller for Oxford Nanopore MinION reads based on deep recurrent neural networks. Currently it works with SQK-MAP-006 and SQK-MAP-005 chemistry and as a postprocessor for Metrichor.

Install the latest version of deepnano_basecall_no_metrichor in Debian, Ubuntu and Kali from terminal. To install the deepnano_basecall_no_metrichor just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of deepnano_basecall_no_metrichor from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
