Short Read Sequence Typing for Bacterial Pathogens

This program is designed to take Illumina sequence data, a MLST database and/or a database of gene sequences (e.g. resistance genes, virulence genes, etc) and report the presence of STs and/or reference genes.

Install the latest version of csv_to_gene_db in Debian, Ubuntu and Kali from terminal. To install the csv_to_gene_db just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of csv_to_gene_db from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
