Copy number variant detection from targeted DNA sequencing

A command-line toolkit and Python library for detecting copy number variants and alterations genome-wide from targeted DNA sequencing. It is designed for use with hybrid capture, including both whole-exome and custom target panels, and short-read sequencing platforms such as Illumina and Ion Torrent.

Install the latest version of cnvkit-guess_baits in Debian, Ubuntu and Kali from terminal. To install the cnvkit-guess_baits just copy the above command for your OS and run into terminal. After you run the command it will grab the latest version of cnvkit-guess_baits from the respository and install it in your computer/server.
