It currently supports BibTeX, Medline, Ovid and Refer files. It is useful for viewing, editing and searching, but also to convert bibliographic databases into HTML pages for example. Yelp (part of GNOME) is required to view the Pybliographic manual from within the GUI.

Installing bibtex.pybliographer command is simple. just copy one of the above commands for your operating system and paste it into terminal. This command is available for Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora and Raspbian operating systems. Once you run the command it will install the latest version of bibtex.pybliographer 2026 package in your OS.
